Phase 1

Discovery & Site Survey

We begin with a 90-minute consultation — at our Kungsgatan studio or your premises. We discuss your brand, target clientele, chair count goals, budget range, and lease timeline. If you proceed, we schedule a full site survey.

Phase 2

Concept Design

Phase 3

Technical Design

Full construction documentation: reflected ceiling plan, lighting layout, electrical outlet schedule, joinery details, tile/flooring specs, and FF&E schedule with supplier SKUs and lead times.

Phase 4

Procurement & Pre-Construction

We issue purchase orders for barber chairs, mirrors, lighting, and custom joinery. Long-lead items ordered first. Pre-construction meeting with your contractor to walk through drawings and answer RFIs.

Phase 5

Construction & Site Supervision

Fortnightly site visits (weekly for Turnkey clients) to verify work matches drawings. Written reports with photos within 24 hours. We resolve conflicts between trades before they become expensive change orders.

Phase 6

Styling & Opening Support

Do I need a contractor, or do you build?

We are designers, not general contractors. We provide drawings and supervision; you hire a licensed Swedish contractor (we can recommend three we trust in Stockholm). Our supervision reduces costly errors — clients report 12–18% savings versus unsupervised builds.

Can you work with my existing lease plan?

What if I only need one service — e.g. lighting only?
