Chair Layout Engineering

Optimal station spacing for your chair model (Takara Belmont, Keller, etc.), mirror placement, and back-bar storage. We calculate sightlines so no client watches another's neckline being trimmed.

• Per-chair footprint analysis (min. 1.8 m × 1.4 m recommended)
• Cord management and outlet height specs
• Waiting bench placement for perceived privacy

Lighting Design

Three-layer lighting: 3000K ambient ceiling wash, 4000K task spots at 95+ CRI over each chair, and brass-accent wall grazers for feature surfaces. All circuits on dimmers with scene presets.

• Lux level calculations per station (750 lux minimum at head height)

Branding & Feature Walls

Signature walls that communicate your identity without shouting. Options include charred timber cladding, brass logo reveals, limewash gradients, and integrated shelving for retail products.

FF&E Procurement

15% of goods value (min. SEK 8,500)

We source barber chairs, back-wash units, reception desks, and accessories from European suppliers. Trade discounts passed through; we handle logistics to your Stockholm address.

• Lead-time tracking and delivery coordination
• Assembly supervision on request (SEK 4,200/day)

Site Supervision

SEK 6,800 per visit

Fortnightly or weekly site walks during construction to verify millwork, tile layout, and MEP rough-ins match our drawings. Written reports with photo documentation sent within 24 hours.
